The host should have no control of where the disaster strikes. It should just select some random player, and then randomly spawn some where around him, at a random distance.

A unique website doesn't have to be extremely flashy. For example, the old RTB website. It looked pretty neat and even fit the theme, and it was pretty easy to navigate if I remember right.

I was referring to the chorus of the song, and you pretty much wrote the whole song on the same chord. Gets boring pretty fast. I'm not going to give you nice criticism if you simply refuse to use chord progressions, which is pretty much the main part of trance.
