This mod prevented me from becoming an administrator on my own server. I couldn't figure it out for two days and once I deleted this addon my game worked fine again.

It's a nice loading screen but I prefer being an administrator on my own server.

Huh. I seem to be a host now.
Since I was always an administrator before I was using RTB Hosting, I assumed that that was a RTB thing.

The only method of changing the environment through the panel is via console commands.
