It's plugged in.
it lights up.
I go to System > Device Manager > Disk Drives and it is there.
I double click it
it says it is working properly.
Volumes is empty so i clicked populate and its all populated now.
Driver is correct.

Ok, but i don't see it anywhere else. I can't find it and i need to access files on it (when i click computer only C:\ and D:\ are there)

guys i need help, what do? I need some files on there really badly.

I think this qualifies as illegal, because of a law that was aimed at preventing "unwanted access" of someone's property. I'm not sure it's an actual law though.
