Some people post saves in the gallery. Other then that you can simply go on a server with something you like and save it, no one is stopping you and I believe that was why Badspot implemented that 'universal' saving system. As long as you ask for permission first and don't claim that it's your build, you should be fine.

You only get the props of the games you got. HL props and NPC's are default though.
If you don't have Portal, TF2, CS:S, DoD:S or Ep2 then you won't get those props.

You might want to try and create custom explosions, the pre-made thing is simply horrid.

It was a fluke, obviously. That's pretty much what this game is all about.
Although I noticed that the tail is 'heavier' so to say than the head itself, so if you let him go in such a time that the tail goes flying first, he goes farther.
