youtube's copyright functions on an automated algorithm, not a specific person looking at dunkey's video and saying "forget this guy"
nintendo kind of has to at least attempt to protect their ip just like pretty much any other company, even if it results in a few false claims that fall under fair use which can be settled later
and regardless of whether or not its claimed on youtube, millions of people are still going to buy switches and they will still be a huge success, whether you like it or not

is it stuffty that it was demonetized unfairly? hell yeah, im a big fan of dunkey myself
does that mean nintendo is a stuffty company that never does anything good and deserves to crash? not really
are they gonna lose any money from this? no
are they gonna lose any good pr? maybe but people already expect claims from nintendo by now, who really cares?

you can call people autists for saying they're defending their copyright all you want but you're only mad because they're correct and its the actual reason nintendo's games are in the system in the first place

write a letter to them or something and quit throwing a hissyfit

the devs of payday 2 like to pretend hacking in the game is bad despite it having basically no downsides for literally anyone in your party
ironic that the game is about stealing and murder yet when people hack the game to get some extra cash or a mask suddenly there's a moral dilemma
