I don't really like building on slopes. I don't really know why, but I think part of it is that I can't build for too long without making some form of vehicle and driving it off the mountain.

It is a good start, but It seems like you have a lot of wasted space. It also seems like you put the symbol around to just force the half life feeling. Without that symbol it would look like a normal city rp.

Yeah, it doesn't really resemble City 17 in any real way.
