If someone is going around doing things that severely limit others ability to play the game that they payed $20 for, such as purposely crashing servers constantly, then deactivating the key is a perfectly reasonable solution.

Steam does it all the time.  They'll even ban you from multiple games for a single infraction.

Think of it like this: If you pay for a movie ticket and that gives you the right to see the movie, but it doesn't give you the right to stuff on the floor and punch people.  If you get kicked out of the theater, they don't give you a refund. 

It's called terms of service. You pay the money, you break the terms, your loving loss.

1. You suck, most of the forums hate you and, if you havn't figured it out yet, some people can't PM, like me. When you make servers about twenty people come on the server I'm on and advertise your server, saying you told them to.
2. I'm sure your builds are anything but "pure."
3. No members list.
4. Get the forget out or you shall be flamed out.
