Personally, when I see a high ID I think, "Oh god, another idiot." But I don't say or do anything, just to check if my suspetions are true. After awhile, if he doesn't make himsef/herself look like a noob, I will perform a series of tests to see if he is or not. They rarely pass, but some have.

baby its not about the size of the ID, but how you use it that matters.

Like Otis said, don't go to stuffty servers. Good servers have only a few add-ons enabled, while stuffty servers have a huge forget load of add-ons and they are all enabled.
