Well, its very simple, it's the mac cursor. Nothing more nothing less, nice if you are a mac user, funny if you're not. Any ways it's a grate cursor.
The DL file comes with instructions on how to DL and the image.

I find that it is misused and so overused, I mean ppl say noob for no reason now and they say it to people that aren't noobs. It doesn't make sense calling someone with an ID of 222 a noob by someone of ID 15000... I think ppl are forgetting what it was truly made for, to make new players feel bad. And done make any stupid jokes like just posting the word noob!

zipped addons work fine for me... are you shore your addons folder is called "Add-Ons" and is is in the blockland folder.
