I noticed that these forums were missing a thread for sharing original works in the realm of literature. So post any original writing that you have here, whether it be stories, poems, fanfics...

...and give critique about said literature.

I will start with a short story of mine that I wrote, "The Coffin" This is definitely not a ploy to promote my own work.

I've seen the mortar add-on, and thought that it would be cool if it was put on an artillery vehicle, but with of course a bigger shell and longer range.

This being the animation thread, I'll post a couple of free programs for us poor people. They're both in development though.

Pencil2D: Standard frame-by-frame animation. I just found this and so don't have experience with this. It seems good for both gifs and longer videos if you have the patience.

Synfig: Biggest "selling point" (if you can call a feature of freeware a selling point) is that it removes the tweening process in most other animation programs.
