« on: April 19, 2012, 09:06:49 PM »I'm hoping Nekram is using the Flat Shading in Milkshape's 3D view and that the entire model isn't just unwelded or somethingi can do flatshading without smoothing groups. whats all this dumb stuff about smoothing groups? is it the new thing because one guy introduced it correctly, now everyone else uses it wrong and suggests it where it shouldn't be?
If you want flat shading, you need proper smoothing groups, and i'm not sure if the gun is just too detailed or what, i'm not sure how detailed a model can be before it's no longer in the style of Blockland's :(
