I'm about 75% sure, I'm guessing that I'll set a variable for what color the hat is, and if not, I'll just copy the color of the chest node.
i don't think you can do that with mounted images. make a suggestion on it though. it's only been suggested like 50 times and badspot STILL doesn't add it in.

Onions will be included. The pikmin gamemode will require teamwork, as pikmin have to work together to take down foes and carry objects. Around average, you will need 10 people working together. sometimes you might even need 20 or more!

Can you post any pictures of progress?
I don't have much to show picture wise, as most of the work done is behind the scenes (treasure collecting, growing pikmin) and people are needed to play. When the first beta server opens, I will upload a video. Models are not really done yet besides one treasure and the basic 1 pellet. Bulborb is in the works.

I made pikmin mobs but that was it. The current one is 10x better and will actually be a mod, not just monsters

eye is first person. i think third person is defined by the script, but throwing in a cam bone wouldn't hurt

well you make separate animations. make sure to have the bones:
eye - where you see out of
mount0 - right "hand" weapon slot
mount1 - left hand
mount2 - torso i think

you don't need every single animation. a basic first playertype would work with just a root animation, which you must have. root animation is basically just a still animation.

you should have the option to export looping animations. looking up and down and walking should both be toggled at looping. maybe looking side to side too (z key turning), i don't know.

i'm pretty sure milkshape has only one animation track, so you just make one animation after the other and define their frames in the exporter.
