Nope, but i can connect to the server now.
I opened it up publicly. It probably didn't work because you didn't download it right? If you couldn't bind keys in options then it didn't even execute.

i have a bunch of dumb animals sitting in the dining room assigned as the meeting hall. is there a way to stop animals from starving in the dining hall? also, do cages keep them fed?

NEW EXCITING IMPORTANT REVOLUTIONARY FEATURE:
titles

yea unlock titles so you can be like, Axeman Heedicalking the Tyrant or Surgeon deathslayer the Angel.

You can also craft cannons and cannonballs to go with them. At the start, resources are all over the place, and since this will be the first beta, everything will have to be hand made or found since no one else is going to be there to supply you. When you mine a resource, though, it is gone for good until you plant more or the next landing occurs. This will push people farther out from the spawn in search of more resources and less resource hoggers.

Firing the cannons works like this: get in cannon > click > loads cannonball > charge > fire.

GUI will be forced to download from the start. you will notice it feels similar to DRPG navigation wise (im a total noob at guis but im learning). a new client feature will be optional downloads. people won't have to download the client update if all it includes are icons, but will get a message upon joining that a new version is out. that way people don't have to download a new client everyday. people will still have to download a client when a key feature relying on the GUI is added, or major bugs have been fixed.
