I've heard and read a lot about this game. It sounds awesome, but I'm not quite sure what to expect.
Basically, it's a mystery game where you play the role of four different people through out the game, and they're all tied into the story of this serial killer that's called "the origami killer" because he leaves an paper crane on his victim's dead bodies.
I played the demo and it was pretty cool. It's very slow paced, almost boring. The controls are a little weird, mostly because you use the R2 button to make your character walk. Another interesting aspect is that you control most of what your character does. In the demo, one of the characters I played as had an asthma attack so I had to enter a combination of button button pushing and joystick movements for him to get out his inhaler and use it.
There was another cool scene where I got into a fight and had to push buttons in a certain amount of time as they popped up on the screen. Wether or not I hit the button in time completely changed how the fight was played out.
And I forgot to mention: The graphics are amazing.
It's definitely a different game. It could go very well or very badly. Since it's so slow paced, it's probably not a game for everyone. I'll probably give it a try. Maybe it's time to get away from the repetitive shoot and kill games.
