Do you actually have the copyrights to the images he copied?
Can you find out who the guy actually is so you could do anything?
Is there anything in the Blockland Forums TOS which could prevent you from doing this?

Important things to consider.

I doubt I'm actually going to sue him, but I'm pissed the forget off that he just thinks it's okay to go and steal information that someone worked hard on making.

Off Topic / So I'm recording a song with my brothers right now
« on: November 26, 2010, 09:04:17 PM »
I walked into my brother's room tonight and said "Hey, do you know the whole guitar part for Details In The Fabric?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Lets go record it, right now. I'll do Morrison's part."

"Okay."

And so, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdIw6tEjyEg ("Details In The Fabric" by Jason Mraz, Featuring James Morrison)

My brother Charles is doing the main vocals by Mraz and the guitar part, and I'm doing Morrison's part and background vocals, and other stuff thrown in there. My older brother Alex is mixing and compiling.

This will be on youtube tonight probly.

You get to hear me sing like a dying rat. Whooo!

Discuss.

Yeah, kill martin he has no use. The game misleads you

Don't listen to these friends, Martin is part of the main quest and you can't kill him, he just becomes unconscious. If you want to actually play the game properly just do what martin wants you to do and make follow you to the quest points.

Do it :D

I'm reading trough paperwork I got right now. I might be able to actually get some money out of this. It's plagiarism, you know.

Mack, there is no copyright to the name/logo for HB. I looked it up. And according to the coppyright aggrememt, there has to be a note saying that it is coppyrighted, or it is null and void.

Oh, according to the copyright laws of Ontario, you're infringing on property that is copyrighted (Name, artwork, information), and I can pull a lawsuit for around $5,000 right now.

This clan looks completely original!

I am fully within my rights to copy HB's headers. They are all listensed under the collective commons listence. Here is a copy of it.

My thread was not under Creative Commons. I might have had it's logo there for a while and forgot to remove it after I bought the $60 copyright for the name, similarly to what I did with Blockintosh.

Technically, right now, I could sue you for stealing copyrighted work.

But I'm not going to do that, because I'm a nice person. If you remove the text that I made, the images that I made and stop roostering about saying that you made the whole thing, I won't bother.

Remove all of it now.

Off Topic / Christmas
« on: November 24, 2010, 08:23:32 PM »

Take time to read this carefully and prepare for some fond memories.

Normally I'm not good at getting into the Christmas mood. I usually don't actually get that lovely warm feeling inside until around December 20th, when I start to get really excited. But today I managed to have the memories just drop in out of nowhere.

I was browsing around Google images looking for a good wallpaper that had some blue in it. I came across a neat little wallpaper with a snowy mountain. Then it hit me, I searched on images for a snowy wallpaper. I found this.

As soon as I saw it the nostalgia just poured in.

I thought of the previous winters I've had, the snow would go up to 2-3 feet at times. It was brutally cold out, we couldn't see far because of the falling snow and when it stopped, the whole world was just silent. Snow muffles every single sound that you hear. It creates it's own insulation. When you think of that, when you can't hear anything despite being in a massive forest filled with various animals, you know it's Christmas. You know you'll be heading to relatives houses, you know you'll be having some tasty turkey dinner. You know that your parents will be filming you when you open some of those perfectly wrapped gifts under the tree. You know you'll be hanging up lights on your house, you'll be decorating the Christmas tree. You know you'll go tobogganing with your friends, and you know you'll walk home with your nose dripping and your snowpants soaked in snow, and you'll come home to some fresh, warm hot chocolate.

But most of all, you know you'll be writing your goddamn Christmas list and posting it on this thread right here! How joyful.

Some of you have never actually experienced snow, some of you may have seen it once or twice. Up here in Canadia it snows every winter. We've grown fond of it, and we love it to pieces.

Discuss many things: Firstly your wishlist, fond memories of winter and Christmas itself, and how forgetin' excited you are, just like every year.

I don't care if it's too early to post this thread. I love Christmas. :)

Boom. Yup.

Mack's parents almost reported it to the Canadian Police.

Ironically , he is Canadian.

I signed the petition from my Canadian computer over my Canadian ISP, through my Canadian router all the way through the Canadian network back to you tards.

By the way, I'm Canadian, if you didn't know.

You know I'm Canadian, right?

It's in the holding tank now.

The replacers are:
<var:player:yaw> - Returns facing as 0-359 degrees; 0/360 being North, 90 is East, 180 South and 270 West. May require multiple checks to check just the NESW facing or whatever but it does give you a bit more control over things, which is important.
<var:player:pitch> - Returns pitch as -90 to 90 degrees; -90 being down, 90 being up.

When it's approved (if it's approved, never discount that possibility) post any suggestions for any new variable replacers you may have in the thread, I wanna make a big ol' pack of them! ;)

ROVERY

Very useful.
