Here are some ideas:
1. Throw ballons full of colored shaving cream in thier back yard or on their house.
2. Punch alot of holes in their hose.
3. Fill thier trash can with water on trash night.
4. Get ahold of some bacteria from a lab and rub it on their door knob.
5. Order male and female strippers to thier house.
Edit: Btw don't let that guy intimidate you, he was probably just visiting and scared you off once. Don't give in!

Honesty I'd try to find something else, when everyone has the same talent like singing or playing an instrument it gets boring. I would suggest doing something outside the box, one year someone at our school caught 100 mini-marshmallows in his mouth :D

Racism has completely turned around, no one segregates black people by their skin color (There are no more slave owners wtf do they still bring that up???), but by the way they act. However when a black person picks on a white kid without even knowing them that is judging someone by the race. I'm not just implying this to whites and blacks, because some people think that racism is only whites being mean to blacks. It is judging someone by their skin, now this conversation is slightly tribal, but I do agree with Bones4's comment about racism turning around.
