Help / Port Forwarding with windows vista.

Ok, ive used the search button but no one told me how to do it exactly, i know how to forward my ports on xp, then i switched to vista. I already have a port open, so i go to control panel/network and sharing center/manage network connections/wireless network connection/properties, and then i get to to a page where it should just say internet protocol, but instead theres two, one says Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and one that says, Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv4), the v6 one has different ip address settings, and the v4 has the one that the internet protocol on my old pc had. So, i thought id change v4 to how i did it with xp, but people can log on to my server, but they get disconnected a second later. I don't wan't to sound like a noob, but I just don't know where to look.

Me and my brother's can get 5 stars on that song on medium in Rock Band, we can only get 3 or 4 on hard :(

I literally just decided to start a clan. I need someone to be a clan leader with me. To join, Im trying to host a server where ppl can join and make an app. but my vista is weird about port fowarding.

I am working on a project to make a ton of maps with different themes. So far, I only have map designs, logos, and loading screens. There will be four maps for each pack. Right now I have four packs.
There are some wierd symetrical maps that have alien like names.
(maps are from left to right like a book.)

Emerald:
The Rockies
Gernix
Rafter
The "Y"

Ocean:
Islands
Wake
Battle Isles
Blockaii

Sand:
Ahara
The Rift
Nile River
Sarlox

Ice:
Icecap
Iglizon
Icemozon
Ripple

I will need to make some kind of raft for the river levels, but so far I'm in production.
