one must wonder why the stats are 5%type1 when 100% of diabetics claim to have the type1.

You need insulin to process sugar, your pancreas makes insulin. If you have diabetes your pancreas is forgeted up. There is no "natural remedy" to exchange for insulin other than organically obtained insulin or stapling a pancreas to your gut.
How large is your cap? What could you possibly be doing that's eating up all your bandwidth usage?

i could be four or five, and that's certainly not less than three so it wouldn't run
Just because nothing broke immediately after crashing doesn't mean certain parts aren't going to be shot in the next few weeks.
Something else can easily cause complications.
