Pretty much nothing on the internet has additional taxes in the US, tobacco products do and some things have taxes for certain states

If it was his fault then definitely. Basically in any accident if it is deemed your fault you insurance rate will go up. But even if huge amounts of damage were caused, if the accident is not deemed your fault your rates wouldn't go up.

I see what you are saying though. Problem is, it would be near impossible to determine that more damage was intentfully caused. There would be no solid proof showing damage was intentfully caused, only proof of the driving violation.

Although it would be extremely difficult to prove, say it was proven more damage was intentfully caused like you were saying. The fault for the accident would be split into halves, meaning both drivers would see increased rates. But I'm pretty sure the person attempting to cause more damage would also go to jail for vehicular assault.

I know if I get in an accident regardless of who is at fault my parents rate will go up since I'm on there plan. Probably mostly because I'm 18 which is in the high risk category of insurance which ends at like 25 or some stuff

I use my computer mainly for gaming, I'm fairly sure my processor is enough, I've got a nice monitor too, my games run slow on anything but the lowest graphics settings. I can run APB with lowest possible settings with maybe 3 FPS. Any suggestions would be helpful.

specs:
750GB Hard drive
4GB RAM
AMD Athlon II 630 Quad-core processor
ATI Radeon 4200 Integrated graphics

You don't have a dedicated graphics card, your computer also probably has a pretty meh power supply. So upgrading might be hard

Looks expensive. My sister got a laptop on newegg for like $900 with the same specs (but a 640m and a lesser processor)
You could probably save $100 or two. I'd keep looking.

a 640m is not the same as a 660m, the 660 is a lot better. A laptop with a 660m is probably gonna run around 1200 even on newegg

Wow, that car is stupid.

This is why I'm going to invest in a truck. If someone tries that on me I can just total their car.

Trucks aren't super cars that are impervious to damage, you know that right?

Just because you have a belief doesn't mean it has to be respected

Well, why would God have told us about other planets? He didn't give us the secrets of refrigeration, which would have been way more useful.

If god was real why would there be so many different religions?

THE BIBLE.

Also,
The lives God has changed and the desire wired into our brains to want a purpose and to serve something.

Are you kidding me, 3 new posts

Nice circular reasoning, and that second part is a terrible reason. People are just afraid of death so they make up an afterlife. But I see that you will never listen to reason so this is like talking to a brick wall.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

No, because god doesn't exist?

The major problem with buying prebuilt computers is that you can't be absolutely sure of what the parts inside are, I could check online but I'm getting offline soon.

What? How can you not be sure of the parts inside a prebuilt?
