I don't think big car manufacturers see Tesla as much of a threat as people like to believe. I can think of many more places where a Tesla wouldn't be viable as compared to a normal car. Pretty much anywhere even slightly rural and anyone commuting. Not to mention they're still pretty expensive.

The current headset I have is a Zowie Hammer. It's been the most durable headset I've ever owned, every single previous one I've owned has had the ear pieces snap from the head band. It's been pretty much great but the mic is really awkward, it's way to close to either my mouth or my nose and picks up a lot of my breathing.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a headset using mostly metal to connect the ear pieces to headset that have a mic that I can adjust the distance of so it's not picking up all my breathing. I would go the separate mic root but I don't feel like having to keep it setup on my desk while I use it.

I would like to keep it under $125 and I'm not really concerned with the sound quality of the headphones since I have a separate sound card and only use it for communication. As for the mic, if it's not complete stuff I'm happy. I just want something I can adjust away from my face a little better.

what are you pursuing that makes it a requirement?

also I guess its useful at times... implementing algorithms with assembly in C++ code is a major +. assembly is fast as hell. but other than that youd have to be a lunatic to go further lol

A bachelors' in Computer Science and another in Computer Security. It's required for both majors.

We're not learning it for using it in C++. It's more to understand the brown townytical aspect of CS which is what my current Operating systems class is all about. On our programs he explicitly tells us not to ask him questions about the programming part.

Because it's a major requirement. It also is used to teach about memory management which is making a huge comeback because of smart phones and what not. Still mostly useless though

What do you mean? Managing stacks and registers is the most fun anyone can have with programming!

But seriously I wish I could make something as good as Chris Sawyer. He has to be my favorite game developer ever.

I'm currently taking an assembler class in college and was just wondering if anyone has had the pleasure of doing assembler before.  This is my second time taking the class because i'm an idiot but the first time we did x86 NASM but now we're doing some convoluted bastard child of MASM.  I also just finished my program to find the floating point square root of a number that gets within 1.0E-12 of the actual number

It's around 140 lines, have fun!  I think just about every line is commented so you should be able to understand it if you know any programming

Are you really crying over it using 2 usb ports? Or are you just being a richard to be a richard? Because if you can't spare one USB port your motherboard is complete stuff or you have some ridiculous amount of stuff plugged in.

Also lot of keyboards use 2 USB ports with one being just a pass through for the port on the keyboard and the other one being used for the keyboard. Don't like the keyboard much but that's just because I don't like Razer's keyboards really.

The show lost a lot of steam during certain points and never really started going again until last season really. I think last season was one of the best and I'm really looking forward to what's gonna happen this season. I hope zombies are a bigger problem than in the last few seasons though, it seemed like a drama with zombies in the background more than a zombie story.

Remember not to eat or drink too much of anything except water before you go or you'll have to do it again.

It's really not so bad. They just stick a pokey-majigger in your arm and take some juices. Just pretend you're Jason Statham and it'll be cake.

Eating or drinking doesn't matter unless the test places restrictions on your diet. But drinking lots of water is solid advice, make them veins nice and plump.

It's hard to explain. It's some complicated law.

It's not complicated at all. They executed a search on false accusations. If they were to get a search warrant from the courts for some type of crime that would be different. But a search based on someone swatting him is complete bullstuff and should be thrown out the second a judge lays eyes on the charge.

I really like when the black guy in these prank videos decides to take stuff to the next level. The guy doing the prank always freaks the forget out when that happens, like when the guy was asking random people in the hood if they wanted to buy a gun.
