ID favoritism is a stupid idea, if only for the fact that most veterans are equally moronic as the newbies they pretentiously discriminate against.

No, having your friend tell you about a game before someone else doesn't make you special. Get over it.

The forums are good as is.
Aren't you 14 years old?

You're a child. Your opinion doesn't count.

Did your family have somebody else set it up for you? It's likely that the default password was changed after initial setup.

You might need to reset the router, but I'm not gonna advise you to do this yet, as you might lose some network settings if you do.

And you'll have to enable them in the Start Server dialog.

Are you sure of the model? The Prestige 600 seems to be an ADSL modem.

If there is nothing between the modem and the computer, you shouldn't need to port forward.

Does it ask for just a password or both?

If only the password, try the default of "1234".

If there is a username, try a blank one or "admin" or "administrator".

That was great, but laggy at high brick counts.

Hah, more like any. And it would only draw so many bricks, no matter what, which was annoying.

But it was still really fun, especially the dynamite.

It could be RAM, but I'd bet that it's his graphics card.

Go to Run in your Start menu, and type in "dxdiag". Open that, click the Display tab, and see what the GPU is.

Re-edited Wikipedia properly, keeping Blockland in mention. Cited a source, too!

You need to reference Roblox and LEGO Creator as well, then.

WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE SO STUPID?

They're making a damn MMO, SO FRICKING WHAT? It has nothing to do with us, and it doesn't look to bad. You idiots are like this:

Guy 1: Oh snap, a brick-building game that looks like Lego!
Guy 2: Z0M9, th3y steel t3h blocklands ideazzzz!!!!!111one
Not to mention that there's no evidence that this upcoming game will even be in the same genre as Blockland. Building could be limited to just small items such as vehicles, as shown in the trailer.

There's no need for anyone to become upset over this.

Help / Re: Port Forwarding on Mac
« on: December 24, 2007, 12:44:34 PM »
Here
I was wondering the same thing too. But we us both mac+PC at our house. Our computer thats pluged into the router is a PC. Would that make any difference? We might be getting a new DSL modem so i may be able to host!
Hm, that's a pretty informative screen. The address to enter into Safari is 192.168.1.1, and the port forwarding should be set for 192.168.1.45.

Seems simple enough unless your router's configuration page is a pain.
