Make the parachute lean onto the cliff wall, put sand on it so it looks like it's part of the cliff, hide under it and peek through the side and wait for the police/helicopters/whatever else to pass, then go out and head to town.

Go back to the guards, take off their clothes and put them on and pull out your German Language Handbook and start practicing German, then go back and disguise yourself as one of them, and make a hole in the bottom of the boat by shooting it with your rocket launcher, escape before they notice you and dance.

Yes :D  And then at night go and sneek around and watch out for teh cop's spot lights :o   Then if they see you, pin em down and use all the drugs in the first aids kit on them

I say at night, use the rolling sage brushes as Camo and start running, then if a helicopter is near, stop moving. it Will be hard for them to see you if yor are camoflaushed

I flung a pencil and it wooshed past my friends head and hit the corkboard 5 feet away :O and it whent like a inch away from his head, it was crazy man

Also i did the same with a golf ball, but it was my dads friend that the balll wooshed past this time
