I do believe there is no proven reason yet, but my best guess is that either some of it evaporates meaning less water to freeze, or perhaps little air bubbles in the liquid act as 'seeds' for the ice crystals to start forming

I always thought that hot water molecules are more willing to loose energy

Is there a way i can make my lines have the antialiased look on paint.net.

I want them to be soft but the Anti-Aliasing on Paint.net makes it really soft.

If you know of a better program I should be using feel free to suggest.

Lines as in Line tool or Lines as in Brush Tool?

When Selected, Look at the bottom most toolbar There should be options

How do you disguise as a disguised spy?

I kept seeing people playing on a server I was on disguised as a spy on my team, but when you looked at them it said they were disguised as the enemy's medic/pyro/sniper/whatever

Boots and creative cog with a synapse to make a switch to them so you are not always hovering.

Upgrade boots with a creative cog to that they look less hideous. Maybe they'll fly more steampunk or something.
