For any occasion, place a Scout on wooden platform and grant the Scout the tech point. Again, correct me if you're not satisfied with my words.

Just a notification, if you dont purchase the engineer NPC upgrade, you cant place the NPC, it will only be an engineer with his stock shotgun.
