"act before May 24th to get your free copy of Portal!"

they wouldn't say that if it was a long free weekend it would say something like trial or limit or something not FREE COPY

actually not it's free until 24th as in its only buy-able for free for that time but you still get to keep it forever I already checked their forums

otherwise it would have a counter beside it in your library or say something to the effect of it being limited
