I will use an example:  If you find the AWM sniper rename it like this Weapon_AWM.  Use a capital letter for the begining of every word like I just did.  If not PM me the add-ons you want and I will rename them and send them to you if you want me to.

I know how to rename add-ons from the archive...

I think it's just a general estimate considering they mostly use 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
