35 x 12 = 420, it adds up. I would suggest you look into texturing the screws and all your other little details, rather than modeling them. It will vastly improve your poly count. Don't take this as an attack on your modeling, I'm just trying to be helpful.

I know the knife looks grainy, but thats the combination of the satin finish on the blade, the bumpyness of the spray-painted handle and the concreate ground.

Bandits on Mah six.

FYI its Cliffs of Dover. You need a super computer to run it, its a little buggy and has a small plane count, but it sure is fun.
Also if anybody wants me to get some more screenshots I would be more than happy, just tell me what you want to see.

Thats where I got the number except I used Showtool. I have used this method in random projects in Torque 3D, only problem is I had to modify the python file in the blender .dts exporter to allow for such a high lod.

The default weapons have different models for third and first person (hammer and wrench). Using 100 as a LOD can cause problems though, I suggest using something crazy like 9999. Otherwise it will be possable to see the hands on the third person model when you look closely.
