got some recommendations from my friends:

Razr Kraken - $59.99
great sound, only headset that doesn't give my friend headaches. it's razer so i'm a bit biased against it, but she said it was a good headset. only con is that the mic is not able to be muted. $60, but a surround sound one is here

Corsair h2100 - $89.99
corsair headset, friend said they're fine. nice fit, good headset, 7-10 hour charge. wireless too, if you're looking for one. unfortunately, this one goes over $60, currently priced at $89.99, but if you find a cheap one online Best Buy will price match! surround sound and noise-cancelling microphone. sturdy build with a long charging cord. nice microphone quality

Logitech g430 - $59.99
it's logitech if you're willing to give the company one last chance, but it's the headset i use. great, clear microphone, amazing sound quality, and surround sound for a rather cheap price! only problem is is that the sound would occasionally crackle in games after you install the logitech gaming software, but i fixed that by reverting to an older version. didn't lose any features, and i've had pretty nice sound quality since then. my only complaint is that it hurts the top of my head after a couple hours, but shifting it like half an inch makes it feel fine--i think it's due to my hair. nice and comfortable over the ears

i'll grab more once my friends reply >:U so expect a couple more in a few minutes maybe

i got the g430 and i love it. surround sound! it looks exactly like the g230 but it's blue, got it for $40 at best buy when it was half off i guess, but it's still $20 off and fits within your price range.

Dubstep, smooth electronic music (whatever that's supposed to be called), chiptunes,
and orchestral. Definitely orchestral. Good orchestral is a million times better than dubstep imo.

basically me, except i like orchestral but kinda prefer EDM over it, so close ;B

also, by smooth electronic music, do you mean chillstep, trance, or something like this or this? say my name is my favorite. noooobody knows you better
i've been addicted to monstercat radio on pandora lately. odesza is pretty chill too, but i'm relatively newish to electronic music (only been listening for about a year or so so i need artist recommendations!!)

i was here since the beginning pretty much, it was in the off topic section before an .exe file was posted (and people got scared thinking it was a RAT because of a false positive flagged by VirusTotal [which is stuff anyways, there are better alternatives]) and lead to OP's banning and the relocation of this thread into drama

in the end OP was unbanned, the .exe was proved to be safe, everybody is (mostly) happy. wooo, let's let this thread die now

Whenever you scan using Malwarebytes you have to make sure you have it checked where it says to scan for rootkits, I do not understand why it is not turned on by default.

yeah, i found that out. i have no idea why it doesn't scan for root kits in the first place--my first scan i did i forgot to do that, but my second one i did that and no root kits showed up. also scanned with windows defender, they both reported the same thing

malwarebytes doesn't scan for rootkits by default, i found out. i just did it

i found some weird things.. but those are all part of the recycle bin, some garbage i recycled earlier after my sister installed. those are gone now

i don't have the original .exe because i just cleared my recycle bin but does anyone remember the .exe's name in the ytmp folder?



this is the only thing i didn't recognize off the bat
