Well, mate.
I host very complex Roleplaying types, Such as paratrooping.
The thing is, paratrooping out of a c130 With 5 more blocklanders in the same way, wont work if there are handicaps on the server.
This is why i prefer 'Dictatorship'
I ban every idiot and prefer not to give a 2nd chance unless i think he deserves it.
And now, the RP works perfectly, and we even do a two-plane paratrooping sessions, which looks loving awesome from the ground.
Each player goes through 3 Training sessions, and then he must jump out of a plane 3 times in order to get into bigger sessions.
If he fails, he must re-do it till he succeeds, although, if he fails in a way of stupidity, for example.
I had a player that kept shooting the same targets for 5minutes, then i told him to stop, and he continued, then i went to the targets and he decided to shoot me and teabag my corpse, thats when he gets banned, because he is immature and will ruin the 'big' sessions.
