Swearing at a 10 year old is illegal in some ways but swearing in general around them isn't.
When i was 10 this 15 year old woulndn't stop harrasing me and cussing ant me so i just punched him in the nose as hard as i could and that was the end of that. I broke his nose and didn't get in trouble.
