I'm going to rule a few things out in this thread.

Today Gikon was hosting a server on Blockland. He's back. Yes, he. Spation explained that Gikon and CNCWarlord used some pictures of a girl to pretend Gikon was a girl. Anyway, has anybody noticed that Gikon is a huge fan of FrozenDragon? I mean, it's like he has all the mods FrozenDragon has. They even model the same, they must of learned off of the same person which Grand Thief Fox and Keal learned off.
Koden
There are two Kodens, one is my server admin AKA Boltster and one is the lovable one you all know. My server admin started a power play by stealing Koden's name 2 weeks ago and is now keeping it. The old Koden or 'real' Koden as you people call him is now known as Koden version one. My server admin is version two. They have nothing against each other and are having fun.

Okay, after further inspection it's revealed that folders in Add-Ons root folder starting with A, B, or C are not recognized by dedicated servers.

The Add-Ons List won't recognize/execute anything at all in my Add-Ons/BLX folder, even if I manually add the pref.
