I have a slimline and run l4d2 on full settings, however I can't run Just Cause 2 without a 1/2 second delay and Borderlands has problems with the graphics card that I have, so I can only play for ~40 minutes before the game crashes and freezes my computer.
So just dont get the Radeon HD 4600 and you should be fine with games that aren't graphically intense as Just Cause 2.

Pertaining to comments pertaining to self-damaging drugs that do no other harmful effect to others being legalized: as said before by Oasis (I think), laws are a way to let you know what's the wrong and right thing to do. The law is trying to watch out for you so you don't end up killing yourself/ruining your life.
