Your router does not have UPnP enabled. If you go into your router settings (Depending on your router type it's different, but it's probably 192.168.1.1) by typing your router's internal IP address into the address bar of your browser. Click buttons and stuff untill you find stuff talking about UPnP and enable it.
Start > Run > CMD > IpconfigBut, it shows all other forget, which line is it?
Does it do anything except having a ping?
