For starters, today I called Dell Support. They're all from India, can't understand them, then they tell me to defrag my hardrive. My CD Drive wouldn't work. Idiots.

« on: July 04, 2009, 12:20:12 PM »It's not the OS. In fact, it's a UTILITY for the OS.Like Tom said, it's just like installing it on a windows computer. Just because Windows made it easy to install it on custom computers, all you have to do is use a utility to partion the hard drive.
Also, Macintosh/Apple manufactures the computer and the OS, whereas if you need support on a Microsoft OS, you'll go hunting around with all the manufactures.

Like many have said, it depends what you do.
The only game I play is blockland, and I do alot of video/photo editing, so a Mac suits me best. Plus, Macs are loveier.
On the other hand, PC's are nice if you're a gamer who plans on upgrading everything, and having better game compatibility.
