Flaming is good in moderation, if its for a good reason.

True, but sometimes I look in the Add-Ons section and see people get flamed just because someone doesn't like it. They say stuff like, "This weapon sucks. You suck. Go die in a hospital...." instead of just saying, "This really isn't useful."

Of course the person who made it would be disappointed that someone didn't like it, but at least he didn't get flamed.

I actually do think people have been getting mean, mostly to the newer/less popular members. Also an older, more popular member could get away doing something a newb would get flamed

People are being mean just for the fun of it too, even to people who aren't so bad.

Its spreading like a disease. New member joins. Gets flamed like crazy. Turns into an ass hole and flames other new people. This will repeat over and over as long as this forum has douche bags, and I doubt it would ever straighten out.
