Why Should I Be Admin: The server seems new and I really want to see it grow. It looks cool and I would be glad to help other people out.

The best assumption is that you had an aimbot, because Navaro is more trustworthy than you, and there's also the consideration that he wouldn't just IP ban someone unless he had a very good reason. You also tried to get back on as an alt, which makes you look like a richard too.
