You place it, then you hit it with the wrench, then you choose the track you want it to loop, and it does.
You can drop custom tracks into a certain folder if it's your server, and people will download them when they join.

In case you don't get it, there's probably a reason why badspot put the link to report threads. If it wasn't an easier way for him to find bad threads, he wouldn't have it there (at least that's the logic). Either that, or get a good email address and send him a PM.
