Off Topic / ESP Test
« on: August 25, 2009, 04:42:05 AM »
This ESP test has officially made me stuff bricks.

http://sprott.physics.wisc.edu/pickover/esp.html

It tells you to pick one card, I picked one and it was right. I did the test a few more times and it was always right, so I was like "Hehe, I'm going to pick 2 and see what it does" and both cards were gone. I picked 4 cards, the 4 that I picked were gone, I picked random groups of 4 and it always removed those 4.

Bricks have been shat.

TinEye is a reverse image search engine. (You upload an image and it will show you where it appears on the internet)

It's pretty nifty, you have to sign up to use it but it's free.

Intestinal Incubation is a little thing I'm doing to promote myself (Mostly vocals and drum wise).

I played guitar in another band, but it's not really what I wanted to do, I wanted vocals or drums. I'm going to promote this demo to try and catch the attention of any local bands.
The demo has only 3 songs on it, but I think it feels pretty brutal. The quality is pretty stuff but I have no money for equipment so I just work with what I have.
Everything was done entirely by me obviously.

THIS IS GOREGRIND/DEATHGRIND, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THOSE GENRES OF MUSIC THEN EITHER DON'T DOWNLOAD OR DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.

Off Topic / Solstice of Fear
« on: June 21, 2009, 12:51:55 AM »
I'm taking a break from Life in Black and White to work on something more intense.

Solstice of Fear is a horror novel I've begun recently, and I thought I'd share it with you guys.

Synopsis:

"Edward and Jonathon were two regular guys on their way to Jonathon's sister's house for Christmas when they crash and are forced to find shelter in a cave made for Satanic worship. An unspeakable horror finds them soon after their arrival. Afraid to leave the cave, and left with no communication, food, or supplies, Edward and Jonathon struggle to survive in a fight against the terrifying evil that awaits them just outside the stone walls."

The introductory chapter can be read here:

Off Topic / My school: Perverts and Bible thumpers
« on: March 06, 2009, 02:50:58 PM »
So today I was called into the principle's office (For the first time ever in my life of going to public school, mind you), and:

#1: She wants to see my Satanic Bible (written by Anton LaVey), which I could kind of understand how some Christian dumbforgets got offended and reported it (And yet I stay calm and silent while all my teachers mention God's Word incessantly every loving day.) She thumbed through it and said it seemed harmless (Duh). Getting it back on Monday.

#2: Here's where it gets forgeted up. She was told I had "exposed myself" in 3rd period today. What. And she was told it wasn't the first time. Wait what? And then she said I was reported to have been masturbating in class. OK WHAT THE forget?

Ok, so I admit, sometimes I have to correct myself, sometimes my balls itch, but what guy doesn't need to do those things?
I may have accidentally popped out of the top my boxers while I was fixing my daily random boner, but jesus christ, masturbating?
The only explanations I can think of are: A) I'm a drummer, so I'm constantly playing air drums, and I suppose during a presentation, since the lights are off, someone may have mistaken it for me jerking my thing.  B) I fiddle around with my phone in my pocket sometimes and I can kinda see how that would look like I was messing with myself.

Bullstuff to the fifth degree.

I was doing the Train Hopping challenge for Thrasher Magazine when I discovered this...:

My first thoughts were either he's made of lead, or he's a hell of a lot fatter than he looks.

Off Topic / Speakers make static "poofs"
« on: February 03, 2009, 02:59:13 PM »
I couldn't find relevant help on Google so I thought I'd ask if you guys might know what the forget is going on.

My speakers will randomly start making static bursts that sound like little *poofs*. It normally starts quiet and gets louder at random increments, like *ssst, ssST, SSSST, ssst, SSsst, ssST, SSST SSST SST* and stops for a little while and does it again (usually about an hour apart). It normally only lasts a few seconds but the other day it had a bout that lasted a good 10 seconds. I know it's not my speakers cause it's done this on both sets I've had connected to this computer. Is it my sound card or something?
