Not emo, nor am I goth, I am simply me.
I listen to my fair share of music which includes many different types of metal, as well as classical, classic rock, ska, and the like.
I don't cut, I don't mope around all day, I protest emo behavior and culture, I don't side part my hair (Anymore, at least. I was once going through a self discovery phase until I finally decided I wasn't going to try to be like anyone anymore, I just wanted to be myself.).
If I were to choose any stereotype to fit myself into I would probably just choose nerd or something of that nature. All I do every day is sit at my computer laughing at Youtube videos or study articles that pertain to my interests, and eat, then hang out with my girlfriend on the weekends.
I don't smoke pot (Or do any kind of drugs), drink, or go to parties (Or any social event for that matter), so I prefer not to consider myself a "teenager" either.
If I choose to blacken my eyes then I choose to do so because I like the way it looks, not because of any trend or "I am so depressed and the world that surrounds me is all but darkness."
Call names if you want, I just thought I'd stand up for myself so that I could say that I did, so I could say, "I didn't let these people flex their e-snakees at my expense, I told them what the truth was and it's only THEIR ignorance that can waver what THEY want to believe."

Error in like the 5th paragraph.
Also, farther in, "'Good idea, we'll take turns.' I farted through my dry throat;..."
Might sound better to use croaked instead of farted. Farted gives me a different image.
Overall was good though.
Fix it in a minute.
I used "farted" to give it a small touch of humor.

I'm taking a break from Life in Black and White to work on something more intense.
Solstice of Fear is a horror novel I've begun recently, and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
Synopsis:
"Edward and Jonathon were two regular guys on their way to Jonathon's sister's house for Christmas when they crash and are forced to find shelter in a cave made for Satanic worship. An unspeakable horror finds them soon after their arrival. Afraid to leave the cave, and left with no communication, food, or supplies, Edward and Jonathon struggle to survive in a fight against the terrifying evil that awaits them just outside the stone walls."
