I'm going to admit that I know very little about the Quran, but I'm going to make a case for Christianity.
And when I say judge, it could mean kill. If God commanded us to kill, then that's what needs to be done. Those he commands to kill, ought to follow his orders. Much like if a superior officer commanded his batallion to shoot on sight, they would do that without hesitation.
But he has not ordered us to kill in the bible. He actually commands us not to do so.
My original main point had nothing to do with whether we should let the immigrants in. I interpreted your main point being that Christians that follow the Bible are just as likely to be violent as the Muslims who follow the Quran. If that was not your case than I apologize, but I felt this needed to clarified.
My point is that Christians, should they truly follow the Bible, will be non-violent and commit no heinous crimes, and I will continue to argue this case if needed.

What do you mean "judge"First off, concerning the verse, it Jesus wasn't directly saying that. He was telling a story of a king who represents him when he comes back again to judge the world.

I can find bible verses of Jesus commanding to kill. If you're going to reply with "context and interpretation!!!" then you need to apply that same standard to Quran verses.

The Christian concept of love isn't even about being buddy buddy peaceful hippies with everyone. It's the idea that everyone is worthy of receiving God's grace by accepting Christ as their savior, and should be given the opportunity and knowledge to do so.That's a fine way of putting it. It also has to do with the idea that we're all sinners who have sinned in the past and will sin again, that we are all equally undeserving of God's grace, and that we're all equal because of it.

Both entirely apply to the entire religion, thats it.
The only part that is sort of void is the law and even then, it provides good advice as to how to live life.

Because there are a lot of problems with context and misinterpretation. I'll spend the time, just ask. Thats a lot to cover though, so I'll PM you the details unless you want me to adress something specific here.
However, I will address the main argument. The main gripe these writers, and presumably yourself, have is that God will eventually bring ruin to his enemies in violent ways, and that Jesus condones the actions of the old testament as the representative of the new covenant.
First off, Jesus is both the son of God and the incarnation of God. God is the same God at any point in time. Of course he would agree with himself.
Second, God is the definition of true Justice by christian standards. It is his job to judge and punish the guity and to defend and aquit the innocent. There is the key.
You see, the big difference between Christianity and Islam is that the Muslims are called to judge those who sin, whereas Christians acknoledge(or SHOULD acknowledge) that only God can truly judge what is right, and that Vengance is the Lord's.(see deuteronomy 32:35 and Romans 12:19).
Christians are actually advised not to take revenge and justice into their own hands. That is why any terrorist group commiting violent acts in the name of the Hebrew God is most certainly not of the Bible or of God.
If God truly cannot stand one of his enemies any longer, he will deal with it. Not us.
