Yeah, we kinda derailed.
I know it probably counts as racial profiling but maybe the police over in Europe ought to keep a closer eye on the immigrants.

The only thing different about Christianity is that it's (I'm assuming) your religion.
People get this whole "my religion is better and wouldn't do that" attitude
And it's compounded by the fact that a lot of Christians don't read the bible beyond the select nice verses their pastors/whatever other church leader selects, whereas I believe Judaism and Islam make a much bigger ritual of reading their book.

It's funny that you'd go straight to the "But that's the old testament!" cop-out when I never said old testament. There's plenty of nasty stuff in the new testament as well.
What nasty stuff? Please be more specific in your accusations. You make better points that way.

Maybe Annoying Orange should make Britain great again.
That would require imperialist Britan to come back and I don't think anyone wants that.

Probably.

It's not a funny joke.
It's actually pretty funny though, despite my disagreement.

I had my first class of Operating System and Network Security today which seems like it'll be pretty cool. Our last lab is a capture the flag type of game where we try to get into someone else's computer while still defending our own. We're allowed to use any attack we want since the lab is on it's own network isolated from everything else.
Bloody heck, that sounds like a good time.

So, using your brown townogy, if a kid says something mean to his mother, he should be put out for adoption?
I think he means by no warning that there shouldn't be any sort of government retaliation for mildly offensive online shenanigans.

I hope I'm not the only one who used to mix ketchup, mustard, AND mayo into one goopy super sauce

It made sandwiches in school lunches bearable.
Well see, that makes sense because those tend to be put together for hamburgers and such.

I love you so....so much.
Aw, I love you too. :)
But really though, I'd like more people to think this way so we'd stop putting up such a bad image for ourselves.

As per my dad I am obligated to ask if the deadites have taken over yet.

It's getting pretty cold around my school (I'm in FL too) at least for Florida weather, and the only option for jackets is my uncle's trenchcoat that I inherited. It's pretty damn good though.

No, I am not emo or goth.

No, I don't sell drugs.

No, I don't shoot up schools.

Yes, I get genuinely offended if people think these things because I wear a trenchcoat.

I am not an edgelord.
No, you must embrace the edge. Live by the edge. Live on the edge.

Again, there's forgeted up stuff in every religions holy book. I could say Christians who aren't doing the crazy stuff their book says to do aren't proper Christians. But that doesn't get anyone anywhere, so stop singling out one religion as being okay to do it to
It's a little different for Christians. Often we don't follow all the old testament rules because the old testament laws were set up under the original covenant God had with Abraham and his descendants.
This law was sort of overriden by in the new testament when Jesus died for everyone's sins and were accounted for. Now the laws are more of a loose guideline moreso than something that needs to be followed to a T.
As an example, many animals in the old testament were considered unclean, such as pigs, lizards, various bugs, etc. People speculate that this is partly because those foods listed were likely to get people sick in the ancient days before anyone knew anything about cleaning stuff, but I digress.
In Acts 10, Peter gets a vision from the Lord saying, essentially, that all food is now clean, and that it's fine to eat these foods. This partly shows how the Law is mostly void now, due to the new covenant. There are other examples that I can't think of right now.

Essentially, Christians should live by the 2 core principles Jesus set forth: Love God, and love others as you love yourself. (see Matthew 23:37)
That's the true spirit and point of the law. Not all of us do, obviously, but that's basically it. That's why we don't stone kids for disrespecting their parents.

If I've lost any of you due to Christianese or what have you, then please, do not hesitate to ask me to elaborate.

EDIT: Man I'm so bad a posting long posts without numerous grammatical errors...
