my isp is the canadian equivalent of comcast
they charge for stuff i never paid for
their customer service is stuffe
they're also anti net neutrality

i found this rx 560 for $129 CAD which is a pretty good deal

i have no idea what to expect for an upgrade from a gt 730
the gtx 1060 and 1050ti is out of my price range
