A couple of days ago he was trying to piss off people on Muslim's server because nobody was paying attention to him.I can confirm this. Nobody was even saying anything to him, everybody was having their own conversations, and he was saying stuff like "mondays did 9/11" and stuff to get attention. What a loser.

I've been listening to the Alchemist and instrumentals for a while now, and I figured now was the time I stepped up to the plate and made something that wasn't stuff, like on my SoundCloud. Something along the lines of the instrumental to this. I am on a strict budget, no money, on a Mac, all I've got is Garage Band. Anyone got any ideas/free software I could use to start out?

Californatia, the nation that once stood proud as Irrklaand. Now the military's scattered to Atsina, and the people gone west. What happens when that happens? The military follows. What happens when they find a good ripe place to live? They take it. Californatia was born. In the beginning, Californatia suffered riots as the nation figured out what to do. Then, they still couldn't decide, so the government went, "forget it. do what you want to do." There are rules, like no murdering, but the police are very relaxed and there's only one department for the country that is official, and that's the Californatia Royal Guard. The cities in Californatia have formed rugged gangs of people who keep the cities in line, like the Carritas Bay Snakes (aka Bay Snakes, which rule).
The nation has still not figured out what to do. They're not vulnerable, though. Everyone in the nation is military trained and has to fight for their survival at least once. The land is not very well formed and the cities are small. Carritas Bay, a government installment in the southern coastal tip of the nation, near the border, has only a thousand inhabitants, but a very high crime level. Military trained people, at a level of the SEALS from the old US, get bored a lot.
The nation would request an alliance with whoever will accept it.

You just colored right over Conservatia's island thing.tbh its far from their land, color it back if it's really necessary
we also don't really mind that conservatia's there, and we'd like an alliance.
