My uncle lives beside me, ex- Vietnam Soldier, stole some weapons:
Glock
AK-47 (like 30 boxes of ammo)
Mortar shell (without launcher)
like 5 flash bangs
and some vietnamese assault Rifle with a stuffload of rounds for it

Aren't explosive rounds illegal?

It wasn't a terrorist attack. I heard about this on the radio, and it said that the man crashed into the IRS building because his small buisness was shut down. He wrote a sucide note and arsoned his own house.

Atleast something along those lines.
