Off Topic / A Philosophical Question: Should sentient/sapient robots/AI be granted rights?

Yes, there's a lot of question threads, but I'd like this one to be a little more serious.

Our previous question was whether or not robots could give consent to loveual acts. Your responses seem to have mostly depended on whether or not said robot was sentient, sapient, or not. To try and bring a conclusion to that question, and to bring about more questions, I shall ask, "Should sentient/sapient robots/AI be granted rights?" Rights in this context would be akin to those human rights described by John Locke, and those rights that are bestowed by the government to its residents. Again, with the advances in technology, this may become a political issue in the future.

Question inspired by:

Against a sapient robot, assuming that they are given the same rights as a human legally (which is its own can of worms), it could probably be classified as rape.

I had dreamt about reading a research comic online. It was the absolute best research comic I've ever read. But after a while, I woke up. For some reason, I woke up in my Drafting class, where most everyone else was asleep too, so I decided to ask them if they had dreamt of research, too. Turns out, the answer was yes for all of them. So I started a frantic search for what the comic was, with a few others joining in. I even went to sleep a few times within that dream to try and remember some details about the comic, but I couldn't remember more than my favorite slide.

After a whole night's worth of dreaming about me and my friends frantically searching for the best research comic we've dreamt of, I woke up. I had a loving dream within a dream about research.

I've been sick lately and have been coughing a lot. Now my throat hurts a lot. I've already taken some Dayquil, but that only helped for about an hour. What are some ways to alleviate a raw/sore throat?

Off Topic / My computer is blue screening

So I downloaded and started playing Dark Souls 3, and it was pretty laggy. I kind of expected it, because my brother's computer can't even start the game without crashing. It eventually got worse, to the point of being unplayable when I reached Vordt. So I got off the game and did other stuff on my computer for a while, and everything worked perfectly fine. Eventually, I had to leave to someone else's house, and my brother decides to use my computer to play Dark Souls 3. When I get back, he tells me that he played for about 5 minutes before the computer "locked up" right before the first boss. So I start using my computer after turning it back on again after I got back, and everything works fine for about 20 minutes, and then suddenly it blue screens. I turn my computer on again, and go about it business as usual, and about 15 minutes later it blue screens yet again.

So now I've run the computer in Safe Mode and run malwarebytes, and also ran the memory diagnostic tool. I got like 15 PuPs in Malwarebytes and nothing in the memory diagnostic tool.

Does anyone have an idea on how to prevent this from happening again? Something to note, is that the first time it blue screened for me, I was starting up MGSV, if that's relevant at all. My brother's saying that I probably just fried my graphics card since "I shouldn't have been able to run it in the first place."

General Electric. They made the goddamned M61 Vulcan. The first loving electric company made one of the most well-known and feared conventional weapons to be used in the battlefield. I saw this during the Blockland Synchtube and I couldn't stop thinking about it. It's just absurd how GENERAL ELECTRIC (starting to sound more like General Elektrk now) made the loving minigun.

Are there any other unlikely developers of well-known weapons?

Literally.

I was walking to the bus and then I farted. I still had some gas, so I tried getting that to pass before I got near a group of people, just so I don't fart near others. So then I farted again, but this one felt wet. I then waddled home to take a shower. While drying myself off, I managed to loving dislocate my knee, so I spent 2 minutes in pain, trying to pop it back into place.

I feel like a loving baby. How's your day so far?
