That's the most pathetic attempt at a ban evasion I've ever seen.

So, why did you bump it? We know that Bones is religious. This makes him biest towards religion. Thus he is able to think that way. There is a growing crowd who say that religion is bullstuff. Most of these people are just hopping on a band wagon but I and some other people have actually found a good reason for this. They would think how you think. They say that that is not the case and the bible is man made.
I'm bumping it because the subject is of interest to me, and since the statement was pretty bold I expect that there is more to it than the those three sentences.

For some reason the minigun icon shows up whenever I fall to death, but otherwise, good job!

Obviously, the Christian belief comes from God. That is not man-made. If you have faith that Jesus was real and what he taught was real, you know that this is not something man simply created.
How exactly is that obvious? I'm not arguing; just asking you to elaborate.

I've played Quake 2 for almost a week in total, there is an essence of DON'T KILL EACHOTHER WHILE THEY ARE SPAWNING, apart from that, it's just going about reducing people to small chunks with lots of lead.
Well, if you "DON'T KILL EACHOTHER WHILE THEY ARE SPAWNING" while you are walking through a spawn area, they are going to try to kill you. I'm sure that you sucked ass at Quake II. Of course camping in a spawn area is frowned upon, but as I said, being killed in a spawn area doesn't necessarily mean that something unfair is afoot.

A spawn killer is one who's too lazy to get out the spawning area and continues to blast spawners. A spawn camper is one who it too lazy to go anywhere else to blast people, so they blast spawners instead.
That's pretty much the same thing, and I'm sure you'll realize it if you read it again.

There is a little essence of rules in DM's, I'm pretty sure that you're just an roosternugget who has no consideration of the gameplay to other clients.
The rules are set by the game. Anything else is just etiquette. I'm not going to lose just because there's some whiny 14 year old who can't handle the occasional death within three seconds of spawning. Yes, he will scream bloody murder, and that's part of the game. If you've ever played in an organized deathmatch tournament you'd know that it happens, and that it won't disqualify you or make you a handicap. Maybe the people I've played with are all "an roosternugget"s too.

THIS DEBATE IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION, APHTONITES. IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY COMPREHEND WHAT I WROTE YOU'D KNOW THAT I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RESPECT WHAT EVERYONE BELIEVES UNLESS YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN ANYTHING AT ALL YOURSELF, AND THAT THE "FLAMING" WAS A SIMPLE (AND OBVIOUS, GIVEN THE CONTEXT) RHETORICAL DEVICE TO PROVE MY POINT.

I don't even know what started this, but seriously. Get over it. The more you hold the grudge, the deeper the scar will be made. Stop acting like 7 year olds and stop fighting.
And I really don't want to debate this because you will only see what you want to see from my posts, and I won't admit I am wrong because I don't see it that way.  And it will just continue until someone decides they have something better to do.
I was trying to end it.
No you weren't. You've continued the argument as much as I have.

The ability for me to drop the argument and try to get it back on topic shows that I DO respect what other people believe, and I never said "my belief is better than anyone else's" I just wanted people to realize that saying what I believe is wrong is offensive.
By saying that I believe differently I am saying that you are wrong. If that's offensive to you (which is what you say) then I am being disrespectful only by bringing it up.

Okay this is getting annoying.

You can believe my views are full of sh** but if you don't FLAME me and you instead structure your argument into something intelligent, that is respect. You are RESPECTFULLY DISAGREEING with what I have to say.
Alright, we need to make this clear: a belief is something you hold for truth. You don't agree or disagree with truth. If I contradict something you believe in by believing differently, I am obviously not respecting your belief. If I respected your belief (respecting, as per definition, meaning that I regard it highly or give it any credit) I wouldn't hold a different belief for truth. The most you can ask from someone is to accept other beliefs (which incidentally is impossible if you follow the holy scriptures of any of the semitic religions), but respect? Nah. Would you respect my beliefs if I said that I believe that you are a stupid mongoloid (and again, I don't. This is a rhetorical question)?

You think you are right and nothing will convince you otherwise, that is why I don't want to debate this. Everybody else knew it wasn't smart to get involved, not because I was right, not because I was wrong, but because it is foolish to debate with people who will never believe anything else. Debates like this will just lead to more and more posts with less intelligent thought and more struggle to just be right and to have the last word, which is what you are doing. So, go ahead and have the last word if you really are that immature. Isn't it strange though that no one else brought this debate back up? Or when CityOrian almost brought it back the community purposely kept it on topic?
You won't admit you are wrong, I won't admit I am wrong. It's over, neither of us are right, deal with it.
What, so you prefer flaming and making fun of tails to debating beliefs? Because that's what the topic is actually about. If there is a thread to derail it's this inflammatory piece of stuff. The original topic is so pathetic that the only meaningful discussion the thread has been able to maintain is the one we're having regarding beliefs. I'm willing to argue that the only posts in a while that have been able to provoke intelligent thought at all are these and the ones when you were arguing with Iban.

What the hell, you really can't immediately see what's paradoxal about this statement?

Quote
People who don't respect other people's beliefs are morons

I believe it is over, and everyone else (as you can see from the posts when the argument was still going) wants it over. And you didn't prove me wrong, you thought I was calling people who disagree or hate my beliefs morons, but I actually meant that only people who flame me for it are morons because it leads to arguments where no one wins.
"Disrespect" to use your exact word. That's what I do when I say that your belief is full of stuff, (which is a belief by default) and thanks to that one belief I can't respect what you believe in or that you believe in it.

What I said was disrespectful (just to prove my point, mind you):
I believe that your beliefs are full of :iceCream:,
... as opposed to respectful:
I believe that your beliefs are wrong because I have substantial evidence to disprove it.
And even that is disrespectful (even though it's not as obvious as the actual quote), since I attack everything you hold true by saying so. I am saying that you are lying or that you are wrong by disagreeing with your beliefs.

My point here is not to flame you or your particular beliefs, but to show that it is not possible to respect what everyone believes unless you don't believe in anything at all yourself.

Oh, and who are you kidding about not wanting to debate it? It's a forum on the internet. You only have to do what you want.

You can believe whatever you want about what my views as long as you don't flame me for it, or post topics about how my beliefs "suck." That is respect, and that was what I meant. And Linde the argument is over, let it go. We finally reached peace in this topic and you try to start it up again...
I believe that the argument is not over. Now respect my beliefs and continue. You challenged us to prove you wrong, and I did. Suck it up.
