What poorly organised deathmatch gives you the ability to do this? A really poorly organised deathmatch does.
Deathmatches are generally not supposed to be very organized. The tension and occasional frustration that is generated by the chaotic gameplay is what makes deathmatches fun. Any deathmatch gives you the ability to wait at a spawnpoint and fire at whatever comes out (unless the spawn points are far up in the air or something silly).

This makes it okay then. I'm just going to carry a gun around with me at school tomorrow and if I see someone I'll shoot them. If I get in trouble I'll just blame it on reflex.
Wow, that is the most blatantly stupid argument I've ever seen coming from you. If you fail to realize the difference between a deathmatch (where the whole point is to score by "killing" player avatars for fun) and real life (where there is no real way to win or score, and if there was, it would definitely not be by killing people) I'm afraid I can't help your sorry ass further towards enlightment.

I never said a spawn camper. We're talking about spawn killers.
What is a spawn killer as opposed to a spawn camper? Perhaps you mean someone who
[...] stumbled upon him and fired reflexively...
If you walk by a spawn point and someone spawns, you'd better shoot him before he shoots you, or it's going to show in your score eventually. A deathmatch is not about being considerate.

And if you are referring to me, I have indeed played Quake.
I mean seriously, as in having participated in deathmatch games more than occasionally. Because if you have, I can't see how you can be so ignorant to how a deathmatch works.

It's just a bunch of kids posting vulgar pictures and stupid in-jokes. I'm sure you'll find a substitute.

You are pathetic and selfish for thinking that people should take those factors into consideration every time they see a player while they are deathmatching.
It's stupid that anyone should kill someone so soon after they've just spawned. It's idiotic.
How is it stupid or idiotic? It's a bit rude at most, but as I said, you can't take things like how long ago a player spawned into consideration when you're in a heated deathmatch. Most likely the player who killed him stumbled upon him and fired reflexively. Being killed shortly after spawning doesn't necessarily mean that there's some starfish spawn camper trying to make life hard for you. But please do explain why you think it's stupid or idiotic to fire at a player in a deathmatch.

"Oh, the poor bugger has only lived for three seconds, so I'd better just step back and wait."
Have you wimps ever played Quake?

People who don't respect other people's beliefs are morons, and I challenge you to to prove me wrong. If we have equality of beliefs, then we will never have arguments like this, and everyone will feel accepted. Now drop this and lets stay on topic, k?
I believe that your beliefs are full of  :iceCream:, and you are calling me a moron for doing so. How is that respectful?

So you enter a server, almost immediately call someone a handicap for doing something that's part of the game and yet you somehow expect them to cherish your company?

but they claimed streaming video of extremely high rendered bricks from their super computer community.
If I'm not mistaken, the beta usually doesn't have all the features of the final product.
... and you expect the "final product" to sport a feature like that? Because that's a pretty damn ridiculous claim.

When someone asked Nintendo why they even use region locking, they answered "To release the games on time in each country and so people don't have them early".

Why did they deliberately block Gamecube games from other countries, then? They've already been released and it would be nice if I could play Super Smash Bros. Melee on the Wii instead of wiring up the Gamecube again.
