That's the most rediculess spelling of "ridiculous" I've ever seen.

Saying "MUST GET A REWARD" is the correct approach. If I were Badspot I'd give you a custom "Special child" title. *HINT HINT*

Heh, I wouldn't be surprised. Pro can get a little roostery sometimes.

Ne'ways, if you have any questions about the features of the game, ask me.

And please, no "I have a question, how will unity work when it fails" I'm looking for proper questions :P

Btw, the way unity works is that each inactive user renders some small part of the world, and sends the data to the network, and then the big ass network sends a video feed of each camera for the player to the players screen. Now the players screen is just playing a live steaming video of what he is seeing, and having the network render everything. This is what takes away all the lag.
Question: Any streaming video or audio feed has to prebuffer for a couple of seconds before you can start playing it reliably even with a good connection. What kind of magic spells do you use to remove the need for this preparation?

They claim that there will be no lag, because it uses a connection to some kind of super computer network..psh.
Unless of course, you actually ask for proof that the revolutionary systems exist:

No Lag - Yes you heard me, NO LAG. This is the hardest concept to grasp, due to the fact of its great complexity. Many (about 10) years ago, some person working on cancer research had a very good idea. Supercomputers are usually what he need for simualations and research. Now, supercomputers are all VERY exspensive (Like millions of dollars), but he noticed when you put 2 hardrives in a computer you get more space. After a few days of thought he got the idea. There are now 2 approaches to super computing: Making a HUGE computer (usaully takes years and is extremely difficult. The only people i know who actually have a supercomputer in this country (US, ugh, i really wish i could go on vacation away from here, im not exactly patriotic) is the governmet. An they use it for stupid stuff ex. wall decorations. The other approach is linking many computers physically together. These are called beowulf clusters (I think). These usually have a little less power than normal supercomputers, so Dr. What's His Name decided to take this even further. He placed a download link on his website to a peice of software that allowed peoples computers to be part of a vast supercomputer network when they are inactive. His network approach was WAY bigger than normal supercomps. So, in the spirit of inventiveness, we are putting this into the game. Modders beware, you have almost infinite power at your disposal. I'm hoping to sell this kind of technology for other companies and studios after we prefect it. Around $200 US dollars sounds good for that. IDK photoshop is more than that, and unity will be a little more important i think.

Also, as I have previously stated, we are not doing any work on the "Unity" system currently. That's not even a confirmed feature.

Funny how they expect us to take them seriously when they don't even know who came up with the idea (Dr. What's His Name), and don't know what the idea is called (These are called beowulf clusters (I think)):cookieMonster:
It's just a cluster and the idea is pretty straight forward, so there's no real inventor as such. Beowulf clustering is just a "philosophy" involving free software and cheap hardware.

Anyhow, there is a reason game developers don't outsource time-sensitive calculations to world-wide internet clusters: it's pandaing stupid. To elaborate, handling and distributing the tasks and data without some sort of central server is cumbersome and inefficient, connection speeds are unpredictable (not to mention the signal delay), and the different parts that need to be calculated in a game are largely dependent on each other, so large amounts of data needs to travel fast to several other computers over an internet connection.

"Unity" is the most solid proof we have that these guys are talking out of their asses. The fact that they'd even consider using a network cluster for a real-time game shows that they fail to grasp even the basic concepts of parallel computing, not to mention the know-how needed to design anything beyond what they've shown in their stupid pandaing Half-Life 2 screenshots.

I liked Sauerbraten, but the level designers didn't hide the fact that everything was composed of cubes well enough. Still pretty cool, fast and fun, and some nice shaders and effects for a freeware game.

I'm a handicap and I am pretending to make a super blockland that will grant you the ability to see through walls and shoot lasers with your eyes and stuff and that will make you popular in school so you can hang out with the cool guys
Hahaha, what the hell is your obsession with suing people about? Please, though, keep posting! Everything that comes from you makes the best and most pathetically unintentional comedy on these forums.

I think we have this minimal set of emoticons so that handicaps won't use them as their primary mode of expression. In my opinion it should stay that way.

Overall, I rate Blockland 6/10,
Mostly because of the hate for ROBLOX, You guys just need to learn to Deal with the random kids and the lag, I do, I learned to live with all the crap, Other games have them. Also, This Blockland Vs. ROBLOX thing should never have started, Everyone, Take my Advice, And stop spamming the forums of ROBLOX, and If any Robloxians come here, try telling me their usernames they used, I'll be sure to tell Builderman to give them a 3 day ban or something.

yah this game sux cos some of its players dislike another game i like

I dislike gays due to my religious beliefs.

Dumbest

So wait, because I have a religion that clashes with the views of homoloveuals that makes me dumb? Or is it that I have a religion all together? Homoloveuality is abusing the gift of free will.
I agree with Terror here, Just because his religion is saying "Homo=Hell" does not mean he is dumb...
Infact i agree with his religion's views on this matter of subject
You are both loving stupid and I am not even going to argue with you because you are wrong on too many levels to address within the 20000 character limit. I'll just say that religion is not a good excuse for anything, and a moronic opinion like that being a "religious belief" does not magically make you less stupid when you express it.
