I had this happen on my TDM server last night, except they were white.  For everyone that disconnected, a non-responsive white version of them appeared in the middle of the bedroom floor.  They appeared white even if they were on the black team.

They were lagging my server, bad.

Some add-ons change the Thumbs.db to one of a bigger or smaller size, and Thumbs.db is included in the installation.  So yeah...

The hole in the roof of the bedroom, by the chimney, leads inside of the dresser, somehow.

Someone on my TDM server made a base in the sink of the kitchen, so easy to just plant a C4 in the cabinets.

You can get these canvas 'straws' from some health places, and you just stick one in your blocked ear, light the end that is sticking out, and lie down.  It somehow evaporates all the ear wax.

Dang no modify button...

Anyway, Reinstalling will put the textures where they should go.  You will need to back up your saves and redownload all your add-ons, though.
