OP is a genre-confused dumbass to begin with, since techno and dubstep are both electronic dance music, they're subgenres.
Pop is just what's popular. Pop can be any genre.

What genre would you call all those stupid artists like Katy whoever and Lady Greegree?
I don't think there's a legit genre called "stuff".

Could you improve your budget to ~$110?

We still have 4 VCRs and lots of tapes.
In NZ, a DVD burner is still stuffloads of moolah. We have one but they are expensive.
